The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager, Marketing and Branding. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in implementing marketing plans for various projects, driving branding and customer experience, and promoting the West Kowloon Cultural District as a prime destination for arts, culture, and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to showcase the vision and core values of the West Kowloon Cultural District.
  • Drive branding and customer experience initiatives to keep the West Kowloon Cultural District brand relevant, refreshed, and alive.
  • Manage and develop social media strategy, content, and calendar for the West Kowloon Cultural District's social media accounts.
  • Promote the West Kowloon Cultural District to local, Mainland China, and overseas markets through integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, curators, partners, editors, agencies, and production houses to achieve set outcomes.
  • Identify and implement the latest marketing trends and competitive practices to optimize marketing efforts based on data and insights.

Requirements:

  • Recognized university degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of experience in matrix organization and agency, with a strong background in integrated marketing, digital marketing, and social media.
  • Professional knowledge of online and offline marketing, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, and print.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to relate and communicate with internal and external contacts at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and good time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
