Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Presales professional to join our team at ThreatBook.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer needs, communicate with clients, and develop solution design reports, implementation plans, and technical proposals.
  • Collaborate with sales personnel on customer visits to understand project requirements, assess customer needs, introduce ThreatBook's products, and establish strong relationships with customers.
  • Lead the Proof of Concept (POC) process, including confirming the POC plan, addressing implementation issues, providing value-based guidance, and delivering final POC results.
  • Attend bidding meetings, provide explanations, and address technical questions related to information security technologies.
  • Participate in technical negotiations and assist in drafting technical agreements for projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies, products, and trends in the network security field, ensuring knowledge of emerging developments.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of pre-sales experience in the network security industry.
  • Proficient in network security technologies, standards, and security products/services (e.g., NDR, EDR, XDR, TI, EASM, DFIR, blue team, red team, SOC, SIEM).
  • Familiar with common network attack methods and defense strategies, including vulnerability exploitation, Trojan implantation, ransomware, phishing, etc. Knowledgeable about enterprise security operations.
  • Strong foundation in basic networking concepts and ability to set up and troubleshoot devices.
  • Familiar with information security technologies and consulting methodologies for delivering security solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
