Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Security Specialist to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the establishment of access management, operations principals and practice for the new Oracle platform.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years' IT security experience in supporting large-scale ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) access management and operation. Experience in the deployment of IAM, audit monitoring, and security control is also required.

The Lead Security Specialist will work closely with external/internal security experts and key stakeholders to define, maintain and review security admin policy. They will also enforce security standards and ensure sufficient controls are in place to enforce standards.

In addition, the Lead Security Specialist will provide reports on permission assignment across various application systems to facilitate information owners to conduct regular reviews. Identifying potential risks in ERP Applications (such as Oracle) and proposing risk mitigation solutions is also a key responsibility.

This role requires strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt and work with colleagues from different functions with different business needs.
