About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled V&V Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the verification and validation of our railway signaling systems meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the V&V Manager to conduct a thorough review of all documents and ensure the verification activity is defined in the V&V Plan.
  • Develop and implement test plans and test descriptions for in-house activities, liaising with the Project COM for exported tests.
  • Design, review, and update test procedures and scenarios against system requirements for Metro Signaling Systems.
  • Apply extensive expertise as a generalist to meet company standards and customer requirements, including the design of new or modified interfaces, products, and systems.
  • Lead or participate in technical discussions with customers, working closely with the V&V Manager and Project Engineering Manager to strategize test campaigns.
  • Perform test sessions, produce test reports, and associated Change Requests, as well as participate in site tests and specify, design, develop, and validate test environments and tools.
  • Responsible for Impact analysis across baselines and freeze the non-regression strategy.
  • Ensure that test tools are in perfect working order and calibrated, and support the T&C Team for Troubleshooting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, Communications, Instrumentation, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Railway Signaling, with experience on T&C/Validation Activities.
  • Knowledge of IXL/ATC/ATS Subsystems, computer networking, and programming languages.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to ensure proper application of disciplined processes to deliver complex engineering.
