About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Signalization Technician to join our dynamic team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing testing activities, ensuring defects identification and correction, and delivering committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs, and Deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute testing activities in support of railway signalling systems under the direction of your hierarchy.
  • Ensure defects identification and correction, including trouble shooting and repair of defective equipment.
  • Check that test tools are in perfect working order and calibrated.
  • Deliver the committed performance in terms of Quality, Costs, and Deadlines and in compliance with Alstom policies, local standards, and regulations.
  • Take the role of CP(T) of the self-working team, conduct safety briefing and reminder during work at night if required.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in construction, engineering, transport industry for infra and commissioning work.
  • Strong desire to achieve and willing to take challenges in a multinational organization and work with diverse environment.
  • Willing to learn, with team spirit, multi-tasking, and open-minded.
  • Able to take an analytical approach for problem solving under time pressure.
  • Operational and personal safety awareness is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Registered Electrical Workers is preferred.
  • Driving license.
  • First Aider is preferred.
  • Willing to work at night shifts and site works during weekends and on public holidays if required.
