We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our 6-8 member team. As a key player, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries from internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls and emails
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Update customers on order status, product pricing, and other relevant details
  • Coordinate payment and shipping instructions
  • Frequent follow-ups to ensure timely shipment confirmation

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Sales, Development, Production, and Warehouse teams
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, sales coordination, or related fields
  • No travel required
  • 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm)
  • 12 days of annual leave
