Main Tasks:

  1. Lead and manage large, medium-to-high complexity projects or multiple smaller concurrent projects within a specific Global Supply Chain portfolio.
  2. Collaborate with PMO leadership to build detailed project plans and charters, including integration touchpoints, dependencies, and sequencing.
  3. Monitor and control project performance against plan as measured by milestones, KPIs, and supporting metrics.
  4. Communicate project status, issues, and risks to PMO and functional leadership.
  5. Maintain accurate project timelines and resource allocation.
  6. Manage project budget, change requests, and intake management.
  7. Promote collaboration across functions to identify opportunities to reduce costs, drive productivity, and increase capital efficiency.
  8. Support the development of project charters (scope, objectives, cost, benefits, resourcing, risks) and work plans.
  9. Disseminate best practices and guidelines for effective project management across functions.
  10. Collaborate with the Technology organization to ensure the delivery of defined business capabilities and value within the project scope.
  11. Engage with and oversee 3rd party partners based on specific project scope of service requirements.
  12. Prepare and present project reports and updates to executive-level stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or technical area required.
  • 3-5+ years' experience in project management, consulting, or a similar field.
  • Experience in Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
