  • Plan, coordinate, and execute on-site events and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are taken care of.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement event concepts and strategies.

  • Lead the setup and operation of on-site event infrastructure, including audio-visual equipment, lighting, and sound.

  • Analyze event feedback and suggest improvements to enhance future events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event management, preferably within the AV industry.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
