As a Senior Banking Professional, you will be responsible for formulating business strategies to meet key performance indicators, identifying sales opportunities, and providing quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach a team of financial professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve sales, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Lead the team in providing quality customer service, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager to identify sales opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of banking experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role, in selling various retail banking products.
  • Preferably a university degree graduate in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • Pass HKSI and IIQE Licensing requirements.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with good PC skills and data analysis abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with a strategic mindset.
