Job Description

As a Forex Trading Professional at China Construction Bank (Asia) Corporation Limited, you will be accountable for achieving assigned profit objectives through FX, derivatives and rates trading, within the delegated authority and risk/counterparty limits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with trading guidelines, position and risk limits.
  • Understand and interpret current market dynamics, handle enquiries and provide competitive pricing and market information to clients & overseas branches.
  • Provide market information, analysis and market commentary/reports to management for formulating strategic purpose.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A university degree or above in Economics, Finance or Mathematics preferred and professionally qualified.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in active FX market, IRS, or CCS dealing.
  • ECF-TM qualification is preferable.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies, and portfolio management principles.
  • Good sense of risk management.
  • Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • A good team player, hardworking, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure.
  • Pragmatic with strong drives for results.
  • Be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Familiar with Bloomberg or Refinitive Workspace.
