**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct comprehensive audits across business lines, focusing on strategy, governance, organization, profitability, front-to-back processes, compliance, HR, and internal controls
  • Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of support functions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Design and implement tailored audit testing strategies to effectively identify and evaluate risks and operational weaknesses
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at advancing the internal audit department's practices and methodologies
  • Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure continuous improvement and compliance

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or other relevant disciplines
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience in corporate/investment banks
  • Experience in internal audit is a plus, additional experience in risk/control/compliance functions would be a bonus
  • Proactive, independent professional with excellent oral and written skills
