About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our Technology Consulting team at KPMG China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with client business objectives
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on ServiceNow implementation and integration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions
  • Conduct feasibility studies and provide solution validation based on client needs
  • Drive the architecture design and provide technical leadership on ServiceNow projects
  • Manage customer and stakeholder expectations, and communicate effectively with both business users and technical personnel
  • Act as a technical lead to support junior staff and contribute to building the ServiceNow capability within the firm
  • Contribute to business development opportunities relating to ServiceNow and help grow our business
Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical implementation experience in ServiceNow, with a minimum of 5 end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects
  • Strong knowledge of major ServiceNow capabilities, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, and HR
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools
  • 3+ years of experience delivering projects using Agile Scrum methodology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
