ServiceNow Architect

KPMG China is a leading professional services firm that provides a wide range of services, including audit, tax, and advisory. Our Management Consulting practice is a key area of focus, and we are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients, with a strong focus on technical expertise and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects, including pre-sales, project delivery, and post-project support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow technologies and trends, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our services.
  • Contribute to the development of our ServiceNow capability, including training and mentoring junior staff, and contributing to business development opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical implementation experience in ServiceNow, with a strong track record of delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.
  • Deep knowledge of major ServiceNow capabilities, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools, and a strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with teams.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, with a strong understanding of TOGAF or other architect frameworks.
