ServiceNow Architect

KPMG China is a leading professional services firm that provides a wide range of services, including audit, tax, and advisory. Our Management Consulting practice is focused on delivering both strategy and implementation services to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our team in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for our clients, leveraging deep knowledge of major ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM.
  • Support pre-sales and project delivery efforts from a technical solution perspective, providing expertise on ServiceNow integrations and architecture.
  • Drive architecture design, feasibility studies, and solution validation for clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and goals.
  • Suggest best practices and drive consensus with clients from a technical perspective, ensuring successful ServiceNow implementations.
  • Guide technical development teams for ServiceNow implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Manage customer and stakeholder expectations, communicating effectively with both business users and technical personnel.
  • Act as a technical lead, supporting junior staff members and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing quality work and excellent communication skills to manage client expectations.
  • Contribute to building ServiceNow capability within the firm, providing internal training and development opportunities for team members and developers.
  • Contribute to business development opportunities related to ServiceNow, helping to grow our business through POCs, demos, and other initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and globally to develop KPMG's service offerings.
Experience & Background
  • 5+ years of technical implementation experience in ServiceNow, with a minimum of 5 end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects delivered.
  • Strong knowledge of major ServiceNow capabilities, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps, GRC, and HR.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and delivering projects using Agile Scrum methodology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work.
  • Experience in RFP responses development and other sales activities.
  • Able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for internal teams, fostering high-performance teams.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent working attitude, self-motivated, and a team leader.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - ITSM, ITOM/Event mgmt. etc. (at least 2).
  • TOGAF or other architect certificate is a plus.
