Key Responsibilities:
  1. Build and grow business opportunities within the BFSI sector, focusing on Technology related staff augmentation / solutions, managed services, and SOW-based engagements.
  2. Foster and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and procurement teams to drive revenue growth.
  3. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  4. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  5. Work closely with client stakeholders to understand workforce needs and align tailored staffing solutions accordingly.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • At least 4-5+ years of experience in either business development OR account management within the BFSI domain
  • Proven track record in relationship management and revenue growth in the technology / IT consulting field
  • Possess sales/account management experience related to staffing augmentation / professional services related fields
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
