You will work closely with the team leader to optimize workflow with different internal parties, assess, monitor, revisit and analyze the performance of business workflow & process, draft the monthly report of workflow and process for management, and collect feedback and provide recommendations for business workflow improvements.

This role requires strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a positive attitude, proactive approach, good service sense and communication skill.

The ideal candidate should have a degree holder in telecommunication or related subjects, minimum 3 years working experience in telecommunication industry, and good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
