Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data centre IT infrastructure, including hardware maintenance, contract renewals, and service scope requirements.
  • Provide advice and guidance on RFQ, tendering, and procurement processes.
  • Supervise procurement to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal policies.
  • Evaluate procurement proposals to protect the corporation's best interests.
  • Liaise with vendors for price negotiations, contract terms, and conditions.
  • Perform vendor management and evaluate performance regularly.
  • Conduct inventory and asset management of data centres.
  • Manage IT equipment, including maintenance, installation, planning, and cabling.
  • Work outside regular business hours as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Studies, or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in banking, preferably in data centre exposure.
  • Understanding of retail banking operations and banking environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
