As an expert in Windows infrastructure support, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, Enterprise Vault, Email Gateway, and MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM). Your strong experience in project management will also enable you to deliver technical infrastructure solutions for IT or business projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with core infrastructure systems management, including Mobile Solution, MS System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), File Transfer, VMWare, Citrix, Zerto, DLP Solution, McAfee security products, and other equivalent security products.
You will define and maintain standard operation workflows on infrastructure services, manage audit and regulation requests, and provide technical support for daily operations. On-call standby support may be required outside of office hours.
To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in Information Technology or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in systems design, implementation, and troubleshooting, as well as 2 years of experience in enterprise systems architecture with standardization.
