We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team at Classy Wheeler Limited.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design, configuration and performance tuning of our network infrastructure across various environments.
  • They will also oversee the implementation of software-defined networking solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Key responsibilities include setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of our configuration management platform from a network perspective, as well as designing and maintaining all network equipment.
  • The ideal candidate will provide expert-level support to developers and ensure secure and robust network topology.
  • Additionally, they will establish a green-field environment according to programme schedule and maintain low latency with stability in our network topology.
  • A strong background in Web and Network infrastructure areas is essential, along with experience working with products like CISCO, Avaya, Fortinet, Bluecoat, F5, Palo Alto and Aruba.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Cantonese are required, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree with 8 or more years of hands-on experience in Web and Network infrastructure areas.
  • Demonstrated experience with the aforementioned products.
  • Ability to work with infrastructures of BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, LAN, WAN, MAN, VoIP, Wi-Fi, TDM to IPT migrations, IPT consolidations, Voicemail, voice recording, SIP, SBC (Session border controller) etc.
  • Strong communication skills of both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
  • Ability to work in a team.
