Your Responsibilities:

  1. Introduce digital banking services to customers in bank halls.
  2. Enhance digital customer services experience and collect customer feedback/suggestions for improvement.
  3. Handle customers' inquiries and escalate when appropriate according to supervisor's guidance.
  4. Support branch administrative and operational duties as required.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Secondary education or above.
  2. Minimum 1 year's customer service experience.
  3. Digital savvy and familiar with using smartphones and apps.
  4. Good command of spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
  5. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. ECF achievement is a definite advantage.
