Job Opportunity for Private Trust Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Trust Associate to join our team at Projob21 Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily trust administration and ongoing operations, including vesting of shares, injection/distribution of assets, incorporation of holding company, bank account openings. Key Responsibilities
  • Review and manage trust and KYC documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain excellent client relationships and conduct regular reviews to meet clients' trust needs.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties, including lawyers, bankers, and accountants, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare a full set of trust-related documents, including trust deed, letter of wishes, trustee resolutions, and other statutory documents.
  • Resolve daily enquiries from affluent professional investors and manage life insurance case management for UHNW Private Clients in Greater China markets.
  • Act as a bridge between insurance companies, private bankers, and clients, and provide support to Bankers/Clients with medical booking and document preparation.
  • Work closely with external counterparties to facilitate account opening, pricing quotation, bank, and fund operations.
  • Participate in regional and local projects, and conduct basic due diligence checking under respective AML requirements.
  • Oversee KYC and Client On-boarding functions, and report to the Regional Head of KYC.
  • Assume team lead functions to oversee KYC and client onboarding for low to high risk cases, and ensure fulfilment of regulatory and corporate governance requirements.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in law, accounting, business, or related disciplines.
  • Relevant 4 years of working experience in Private Wealth Management/trust companies.
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support roles is preferred.
  • Familiar with MS Excel and able to work under pressure with high efficiency.
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivated, with fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
