Curatorial Affairs Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Curatorial Affairs Assistant Manager to join our team at West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. In this role, you will provide critical support to the planning and implementation of our Chinese object study training programme, working closely with the Curatorial Affairs team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating workshops, lectures, and study visits as part of the training programme;
  • Managing project budgets, tracking financials, and providing analysis and reports;
  • Collaborating with the Learning and Engagement team to plan and implement public-facing projects related to the HKPM's Chinese object study training programme;
  • Providing administrative support, including preparing legal agreements, project memos, and plans;

To succeed in this role, you should have a recognised university degree in a relevant field, such as museum studies, education, arts administration, or other related disciplines. You will also need to possess strong communication skills, proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and experience in project management or coordination.
