Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Wealth Management Professional, reporting directly to the Head of Wealth Management Services. This role will focus on delivering customer-centric sales training to frontline staff to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between the Wealth Management Division and frontline staff, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement a customer-oriented selling approach to equip frontline staff with the necessary skills to effectively meet customer needs and stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide ongoing sales support, training, and coaching to frontline staff on investment products and collaborate with the product development team to source new investment opportunities.
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking to inform the marketing strategy and investment product offerings.
  • Deliver investment seminars to enhance the visibility of Wealth Management Services and promote the company's brand.
  • Work closely with Branch Management and Service Quality departments to provide feedback on individual sales staff performance and address customer-related matters.

Requirements

  • A degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
  • Possession of CFA/CFP certification is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the banking industry, preferably in wealth management or a related field.
  • Professional licensing qualifications as required by local regulatory bodies.
  • In-depth knowledge of wealth management products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
