Tesla, Inc. seeks an experienced Automotive Metalworker to join its team. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for restoring damaged vehicle parts to their original factory condition.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in an OEM 4S auto body shop with aluminum vehicles. They must be able to restore damaged sheet metal or plastic to company-recognized standards and demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

  • Repair and replace bumpers, fenders, feet metal, and chassis
  • Disassemble damaged vehicles and assist with damage analysis
  • Perform frame straightening and repairs according to factory specifications
  • Remove and install body parts, including suspension, electrical, and airbags
  • Sand and prepare surfaces for painting
  • Inspect work to ensure a fit and finish equal to the original factory standard

In addition to your technical skills, you must be able to maintain a positive work attitude and cooperate with managers and fellow employees in a spirit of teamwork.
