Bloomberg is seeking a talented Enterprise Technology Services group member to maintain technological stability and mitigate financial risk for our clients across their Bloomberg solutions and workflows.

This role involves servicing the production needs of our customers, developing a strong relationship with them, from handling production support issues through to proactive engagements with existing clients.

The ideal candidate will analyze and troubleshoot issues in global client production environments, prevent production incidents and outages by partnering with Engineering and Product teams, and ensure a smooth life-cycle experience for clients moving from project implementation to production support.
