Job Title: Marketing Campaign Assistant, HK

At Trip, our Customer Support Center is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Campaign Assistant to join our team in Hong Kong.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented individual to assist our marketing team in developing and executing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the travel industry, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and events.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Requirements:
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • At least 1-year experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
