About the Job

We are seeking an experienced ERM Lead to join our team and take charge of our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework for our investment portfolio.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement ERM frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to the investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with the company's risk appetite and strategic goals.
  • Lead the risk assessment process, identifying and evaluating risks associated with the company's investment portfolio, including market, credit, liquidity, operational, and geopolitical risks.
  • Collaborate with investment teams to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies that protect the portfolio and enhance risk-adjusted returns.
  • Develop and maintain key risk indicators (KRIs) and dashboards to track and communicate risk exposures effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • CPA, CFA, FRM or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in risk management, with a focus on investment portfolios, asset management, or financial markets.
  • A strong understanding of financial instruments, valuation techniques, and portfolio management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
