Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analytics
    • Analyze and implement strategies for data collection, extraction, pre-processing and visualization to drive business growth and decision-making.
    • Collaborate with business, data and tech teams to initialize projects, develop product features, and improve data and output quality.
    • Design and develop data reporting dashboards, analysis and provide insights and recommendations based on data to inform business strategies.
  • AI/ML research
    • Support the research and development of appropriate AI/ML use cases with models and algorithms for various projects to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Assist in optimizing and fine-tuning AI/ML models to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Present data insights through visualization to make them more understandable and actionable for stakeholders.
  • Document and communicate the technical details, progress, and results to team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify market shifts and stay up-to-date with new products and competition status to inform business strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, eCommerce, or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital, Data analytics, AI/ML or project management roles.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to define problems, analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools: Tableau, QlikSense or PowerBI.
  • Proficient in structured query & programming language is a plus.
  • Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries, generative AI, large language models, machine learning, and retrieval augmented generation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with assigned timelines.
