Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst Trainee to join our team. As a Data Analyst Trainee, you will contribute to Audit missions with a focus on data analytics, support Asia Data Scientists and Auditors in data collection and preparation, implement Business Intelligence reports or dashboards, propose and implement data analysis and controls using Python programming, educate and support auditors throughout Asia, and contribute to projects by implementing data analytics solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Audit missions with a focus on data analytics, supporting Asia Data Scientists and Auditors in data collection and preparation, and implementing Business Intelligence reports or dashboards to identify risks and detect abnormal patterns in data.
  • Educate and support auditors throughout Asia by guiding them in using basic data analysis tools and techniques, and supporting them with ad-hoc requests and questions around data analytics.
  • Contribute to projects by implementing data analytics solutions to automate audit controls, typically reusable from one mission to another, and implementing and maintaining BI dashboards for regular monitoring of risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or similar.
  • Good knowledge of Python programming is required.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of a BI solution is preferred (Microsoft BI, Tableau, Tibco Spotfire, Qlik View, etc.).
