About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Validation Manager to join our dynamic team at Alstom in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Validation Manager, you will be responsible for defining the project verification and validation strategy, ensuring proper coverage and demonstration that customer requirements are met. You will also optimize the allocation of tests, support the definition of V&V and T&C activity schedules, and manage the project Requirement Validation Table.

You will ensure the application and adherence to internal processes and applicable norms, methods & tools, and coordinate the needs of V&V and T&C regarding lab and site tools. You will also work with V&V and T&C for the test schedule and procedures, and coordinate with design and T&C for all bug findings.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in engineering or a related field, and at least 5 years of managerial experience in systems/sub-systems integration, embedded equipment, and electrotechnical product development in a highly complex and normative railway signalling environment.

You will also need good analytical skills and previous experience in Test & commissioning (T&C) or V&V activities for signaling projects, as well as experience of management by Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives. You will have a deep knowledge of multiple subsystems and a system global view, and be able to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
