Nicoll Curtin is seeking an experienced Trading Desk Operations Lead to manage projects related to trading business operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation stages to go-live.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience as a Project or Product Manager in the Banking / Brokerage / FinTech industry. You will possess an in-depth understanding of financial products, trading lifecycle, and database and system architecture.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive project initiatives and conduct sprint planning meetings. Additionally, you will be responsible for coverage of listing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage all strategic projects related to trading, driving these projects from initiation stages to go-live.
  2. Coverage of listing operations.
  3. Conduct sprint planning meetings and manage backlog / tasks.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Computer Science / Finance / Business / Quant related disciplines.
  2. In-depth understanding of financial products, trading lifecycle, and database and system architecture.
  3. Solid Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Business Documentation Writing skills.
  4. Experience with Jira as a project documentation/collaboration tool.
  5. Familiar with Agile / Scrum methodology.
  6. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Excellent English and Mandarin, written and spoken, with Cantonese a plus.
