About the Role

As a Senior Learning and Leadership Partner, APAC, you will play a key role in enabling the delivery of training, development, and onboarding programs for corporate teams in our Store Support Centres (SSC) and lululemon Liaison Office (LLO).

You will be responsible for ensuring curriculum is localized, integrated, up-to-date, and utilizes innovative delivery techniques and modalities to maximize skill acquisition and knowledge retention.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for guiding and supporting our collective in discovering, developing, and activating their unique potential for the world.

  • Serve as a strategic business partner and consultant to senior leaders and P&C Business Partners in assessing learning needs through performance analysis.
  • Partner with and influence senior leaders and business partners to co-create long-term learning strategies for their teams and departments.
  • Enable, communicate, and manage the delivery of training and development for APAC SSC+ LLO teams through the most effective method/channel.
Qualifications:
  • A BA degree or certificate in Business, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, or Education.
  • Certification in Coaching or 3+ years of experience preferred.
