Job Requirements:
- Education
You will need a degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent. This will provide you with the technical expertise and knowledge to perform the role.
ExperienceYou will need a minimum of 10 years solid experience, with at least 5 years at managerial level. This will provide you with the leadership and management skills to perform the role.
Project ManagementExperience in project management, including planning, budgetary control, people management, managing corporate-wide, regional large-scale projects, and exposure to the retail sector is an advantage.
Leadership and Stakeholder ManagementLeadership and stakeholder management is highly preferred. This will involve working closely with our teams and stakeholders to ensure that our IT systems are running efficiently and effectively.
IT Support FunctionsExperience of managing/running a 1st & 2nd line support function as well as network and infrastructure experience is required.
ERP ImplementationERP implementation and application management experience is preferable.
Operating SystemsExperience of managing Windows and Mac operating systems and hardware is an advantage.
Business RequirementsYou will need to be able to agree on business requirements and convert them into technical solutions where appropriate.
Communication SkillsYou will need strong customer orientation, with good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Language SkillsExcellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin is a MUST.
