You will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting new regulations, informing team members about updates, and revising company policies and procedures accordingly. This position demands excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to convey processes effectively to various departments within the organization.

Our Legal and Compliance division consists of a committed group of analysts dedicated to safeguarding our workforce as they engage in their daily responsibilities. With the significant growth of our Asia offices in recent years, your contribution will be vital in ensuring that our trading practices and operations expand responsibly alongside this growth.

Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, quantitative finance, risk management, or a related field
  • 3-6 years of pertinent experience within the financial services sector; familiarity with compliance control room operations is advantageous
  • In-depth knowledge of local APAC regulations applicable to securities firms operating on a global scale
  • Proficient in Excel with experience handling extensive datasets
  • Dependable and respectful team collaborator with excellent communication abilities
  • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail; capable of proactively addressing challenges and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Willingness to learn; capable of deriving insights from mistakes and accepting constructive criticism
  • Skills in VBA, SQL, Python, or Linux, along with experience using surveillance tools such as SMARTS Broker and Actimize are beneficial
  • Proficiency in Japanese, Mandarin, or Korean is an asset
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
