Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Dah Sing Financial Group. As an essential member of our Operations Department, you will provide top-notch clerical and administrative support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional administrative support to the Department under Operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Matriculated or attain the HKDSE with excellent academic credentials.
  • A minimum of 1 year of clerical experience, preferably in the banking industry, showcasing your ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate independence and the capacity to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Showcase strong teamwork skills, collaborating seamlessly with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Possess good PC knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest software and technologies.
  • Certified Banker qualification is an added advantage, but not a requirement.
