**Training and Development Manager**

JC Executive Search is seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to lead our training efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training plans, identifying learning options, and making recommendations to decision makers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Training and Development, with a minimum of 6 years of experience. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training plans including timelines, budget, and facilitators.
  • Identify learning options such as coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training, classroom training, e-learning, and simulation.
  • Make recommendations to decision makers on the best course of action for implementing training plans and delivering learning and development strategies.
  • Assist in managing training budgets and forecast current and future costs.
  • Maintain a good relationship with local universities/academic institutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 6 years of Training and Development experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in engaging staff from different levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
