We're seeking an experienced Quality Engineerr to fill a critical role at Shenzhen Shentou Capital Co. Ltd.

The primary responsibility of this position will be to conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections and ensure that all systems meet Wrightbus Quality Standards.

This includes the programming and execution of complex systems such as Wabco, Voith, Xentry, Cummins, and Josam.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to identify and rectify faults when they occur.

Apart from this, you'll be required to conduct road tests and shakedown tests in accordance with Wrightbus Quality Standards.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for validating any rework of identified defects or uncompleted work after correction.

We value continuous improvement and expect the successful candidate to implement customer sign-off feedback or market feedback on quality issues to enhance quality for new buses leaving the factory.

Your technical expertise will enable you to read and understand technical manuals, drawings, and wiring diagrams effectively.
