Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute investor relations strategies, corporate communications, and image management programs.
- Organize and participate in investment presentations, meetings, and corporate events.
- Collaborate with senior executives to formulate the investor relations strategy and implement it effectively.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to prepare press releases, annual reports, presentations, scripts, and Q&As for meetings with analysts, investors, and reporters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, fund managers, analysts, government bodies, and media on all investor relations inquiries.
- Manage various investor communication channels such as road shows, conferences, meetings, and results briefings.
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or Finance.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a sizeable China Listed Company with Corporate Communication / Investor Relations / Equity Research experience.
- Strong connections with the investment community, fund managers, analysts, etc.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to meet tight schedules and work under pressure.
- Flexible working hours and willingness to travel required.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin essential.
