Job Title: Business Executive Assistant

As a key member of the Ecrent team, the Business Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, focusing on corporate regional business development and operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Managing Director in managing corporate regional business development and operations.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements and manage schedules.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or operations role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English and Chinese language skills, with a strong command of Putonghua.
