Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain hands-on experience in business consulting and research analysis.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting research tasks, including cold calling, trade interview scheduling and conduction, desk research, documentation, and related fieldwork for data and information collection.
  • Assisting in business and marketing research analysis, providing valuable insights to our clients.
  • Preparing and writing industry reports/strategy reports, communicating complex data and findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Supervising research assistants/interns, guiding them in their project support and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Performing other ad-hoc tasks as required by the project team.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business, management, economics, finance, marketing, or a technical background in engineering or science, with a keen interest and knowledge of business and marketing.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in business consulting, industry and commercial research, business-to-business research, market intelligence, or management consulting, preferably with overseas exposure or MNC experience.
  • Excellent report writing skills, with fluent spoken and written knowledge of business English.
  • Fluent spoken Cantonese/Mandarin Chinese with the ability to read/write simplified Chinese.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong client-driven mindset, comfortable with people interaction.
