We are seeking an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support our research team in discovering novel therapies for hard-to-treat malignancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Public Relations/ Marketing (40%)
  • Maintain the Centre's official website by updating content regularly to ensure a professional appearance;
  • Manage social media channels (LinkedIn & Facebook) and maintain a regular posting schedule to build connections with the audience base;
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media advertising, to raise the profile and enhance the reputation of the Centre;
  • Compile and produce content for online and offline communication materials for internal and external consumption;
  • Closely collaborate with different research teams to develop engaging content related to scientific activities of researchers;
  • Consolidate reports based on PR activities of the year;
  • Event Planning (30%)
  • Plan and execute various company events, including symposiums, seminars, external guest visits, etc.;
  • Provide full range support on event management, including organization, communication, logistics coordination among event teams, on-site assistance, and catering;
  • Assist in developing event strategies to maximize reach and drive attendance;
  • Maintain positive relationships with industry sponsors and provide regular updates to stakeholders;
  • Administrative/ Secretarial Tasks (30%)
  • Support senior management with secretarial, administrative, and clerical tasks while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information;
  • Coordinate and schedule operational meetings; maintain and coordinate senior management's calendar;
  • Prepare, record, and disseminate calendar of events;
  • Serve as resource to communicate and collaborate with internal and external parties;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for management team and special guests.
