Job Description
  1. We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the daily smooth operation and maintenance practices of building services matters.
  2. The successful candidate will handle project management of building services and system upgrade projects, including developing scope of work, technical specifications, project plans, tendering, site surveys, and budget control.
  3. This role requires preparing annual and periodic budgets and forecasts for all expenditures prior to submission for approval.
  4. The ideal candidate will carry out regular audits of conditions on building services systems, recommend, and implement works to maintain efficiency, reliability, and performance of the building.
  5. The role involves proposing and implementing energy-saving measures, sustainability plans, and retro-commissioning opportunities.
  6. Candidates will coordinate with building teams to implement special projects and retrofit technical documents.
  7. The position requires monitoring building energy usage, analyzing energy data, and identifying areas for enhancing operating efficiency.
  8. Liaising with internal and external parties for quality management, progress monitoring, and risk management is essential.
  9. The successful candidate will identify, evaluate, and implement smart E&M technologies and supervise contractors and their works.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. A degree holder in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  2. Certificate of Grade A/B Registration of Electrical Worker, preferably with MHKIE.
  3. 5-7 years engineering experience in building operation and maintenance services.
  4. Experience in coordination with service providers and contractors for project works.
  5. Good knowledge of BMS, Control System, and Energy Management with supervisory skills.
  6. Familiarity with Building Management System, testing, and commissioning on E&M systems.
  7. Good command of both spoken and written English; Mandarin is an asset.
  8. Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
  9. Immediate availability is advantageous.
