We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations Solution Architect with expertise in solution development and functional analysis, capable of leading large-scale enterprise implementations and driving adoption of new features and technology.

About the Role

  • The Solution Architect will lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, championing technical and functional expertise across the platform and driving innovation.
  • Possess in-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 and power platform stack, staying up-to-date with new features and technologies.
  • Design and develop domain-specific implementations, leveraging out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Identify opportunities for skilling and training within the team, coaching others to reduce skills gaps.
  • Lead technical forums and communities to share knowledge with a wider group, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply advanced analysis skills and experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and operations principles to deliver reliable design solutions and quality deliverables.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solution areas, specifically finance operation, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing operations, and finance.
  • Oversight of design and implementation of various business solution components, supporting specialists in other technical and business disciplines.
  • Assist in identifying and creatively solving complex customer problems, envisioning critical processes, and helping customers achieve their objectives.
  • Foster executive-level relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and first point of escalation for solution issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated work experience in ERP technologies, with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Presales experience preferred, with knowledge of sales and sales processes.
  • Guidance to implementation teams on strategic areas such as ALM, Environment strategy, Integration strategy, Data Migration strategy, Security Strategy, etc.
  • Knowledge of emerging Microsoft technologies, including Azure Cloud Platform, Power Bi, PowerApps, Flow, Azure Data Lake, DevOps, and RSAT.
  • Experience working with Common Data Services (Dual Write) for integration with Dynamics 365 for Sales and Field services.
