To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

You will also require a Certificate of Grade A/B Registration of Electrical Worker, preferably with MHKIE.

A minimum of 5-7 years of engineering experience in building operation and maintenance services is required.

You will need to have good knowledge of BMS, Control System, and Energy Management, as well as supervisory skills.

  • Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
