At MUFG, we are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Treasury Operations Specialist. This role will be responsible for assisting the Team Lead in supervising routine works and products related to treasury market settlement operations.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary education or above and minimum of 4-6 years of experience in treasury. They will also possess sound knowledge in areas of treasury products, as well as AML requirements. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To assist Team Lead to monitor daily processing, including Deal Booking Control, Fund Settlement, Financial Booking, and Post-Deal Control;
  • To assist Team Lead to constantly review operational procedures for further enhancement of operational efficiency and productivity;
  • To provide support or work with Global Markets Division for Asia, Marketing, Interbank counterparties, in relation to treasury market transactions;
  • To follow standard procedures to comply with local, Japanese and foreign regulatory requirements (e.g. AML, DFA and HKMA-RMS).
