Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Asia-Pacific team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our senior executives, business teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile media reports and draft briefing notes, communications plans, talking points, and speeches for Blackstone's senior executives.
  • Work with Blackstone business teams on public rollouts around transactions, leveraging expertise in financial markets and corporate communications.
  • Support senior Public Affairs team members in identifying and working with media outlets, fostering relationships and securing coverage.
  • Conduct in-depth research for projects across Blackstone business units, analyzing market trends and industry developments.
  • Research, outline, edit, and proofread materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all communications.
  • Collaborate with local APAC-based agencies to design and execute digital campaigns across key markets in the region, including social media, paid search, and display advertising.
  • Oversee and drive the LinkedIn program for key executives in the APAC region, developing engaging content and strategies.
  • Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including investment teams, corporate functions, and portfolio companies, to generate content and campaign ideas from ideation to delivery.
  • Conduct daily media monitoring on firm and industry news, staying up-to-date on market developments.
  • Lead measurement and reporting of marketing and social media activities, analyzing performance and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proficient in English, with the ability to understand and write clearly about technical subjects.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, thriving in a dynamic and creative environment.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Fluency in digital platforms, publishing, and social media deployment, including SEO and monitoring/measurement tools.
  • Experience in crafting digital content assets, including using Canva.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
