About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our Marketing Execution team within the Investment Bank. As a key member of our global marketing organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive revenue and support product and sector objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with business partners to understand business priorities and support marketing initiatives and campaigns for institutional audiences and Investment Banking.
  • Manage and grow a team of Marketing Managers, overseeing the quality of projects and volume of work.
  • Conceptualize creative marketing assets tailored to business audiences and markets, including collateral materials, videos, animations, social media visualizations, website development, email communications, infographics, and premiums.
  • Manage the regional social media content calendar for the IB channels and synthesize with group as well as other divisional channels.
  • Deliver engaging and impactful content through digital, multi-channel platforms, amplifying core messages to the target audience. Focus on flagship conferences, global markets, banking business areas, Research sectors, ESG, culture, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusive (DE&I) initiatives.
  • Drive the brand tone of voice across all communication platforms and ensure consistent use across business areas and APAC markets.
  • Manage data analytics to optimize marketing strategies and stimulate campaign and business performance.
  • Work cohesively within a global marketing organization comprised of strategy, conferences and events teams.
  • Work collaboratively with partners across internal/corporate communications, group brand, web platforms, and external agency partners.
  • Build relationships with key local media contacts/KOLs to identify marketing opportunities to support business initiatives.

About the Team

You will be based in Hong Kong and will be part of a global team distributed across the Americas, Switzerland, EMEA, and APAC. Our team is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive revenue and support product and sector objectives.
