Position Overview:
As a key member of our Investment Banking team at Jefferies, you will play a critical role in executing complex financial transactions and providing strategic advisory services to clients across Asia. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high-profile deals, develop key relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking practice in Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution and strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings and pitches.
- Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Perform industry research and market analysis to identify potential opportunities for clients and stay ahead of market trends.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, tax, and other advisors to ensure seamless transaction execution.
- Support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and other financial transactions to drive business growth and client success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop strategic recommendations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages such as Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese is advantageous.
