Wells Fargo seeks a seasoned professional to spearhead international outsourcing initiatives, driving a cohesive approach for outsourcing management across the organization.

About This Role

This role sits within our Shared Services Team in the Corporate and Investment Banking business division of Wells Fargo. The successful candidate will lead key aspects of the international outsourcing framework in APAC, implement change, and oversee outsourcing activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and the Wells Fargo International Outsourcing Program.

Responsibilities
  • Manage outsourced activities, meeting MI and reporting requirements, and coordinating risk assessment processes.
  • Lead quality assurance against framework requirements across EMEA and APAC.
  • Partner with international and US stakeholders for global initiative implementation in APAC.
  • Liaise with global stakeholders to achieve an integrated outsourcing model and framework.

The ideal candidate will bring a positive mindset and excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience operating key control frameworks and knowledge of APAC and international outsourcing regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience.
  • Experience with outsourcing and third-party risk management programs.
  • Knowledge of APAC and international outsourcing regulatory guidelines.
  • Proficient knowledge of international financial services and regulatory bodies.
