Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure availability and performance of middleware environments
  • Maintain, build, and perform tuning of Crown Jewel applications and MW solutions
  • Work with architecture team to design and implement global infrastructure
  • Provide expertise on GoAnywhere, MQ, JBoss, WebMethods, Kafka, and other middleware technologies
  • Support development teams with development and deployment best practices and configuration
  • Monitor middleware/application servers for minimum downtime
  • Analyze performance and throughput trends for capacity planning

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience and Knowledge
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
  • Experience in implementing and supporting high availability solutions
  • Understanding of ITIL Change Control procedures
  • Strong knowledge of MQ, Kafka, WebMethods, File Transfer, Windows, Red Hat Linux, Networking, Active Directory
  • Hands-on experience with IBM MQ, SFTP/FTP/SCP File Transfer software, WebMethods Integration Server & Brokers, Kafka messaging, Ansible Scripting, Amazon Cloud, JMS, Monitoring/performance tuning JEE environment, SSL Certificate management, ServiceNow
